Composition: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; zinc picolinate (zinc), starch, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Consumption:
Consume 1 serving (1 tablet) per day, after a meal. The product is intended for adults.
