Basic information about Cyclodynon
A drug containing a herbal extract used to relieve the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.

Action and properties
CYCLODYNON is a natural alternative to synthetic drugs used to treat elevated prolactin levels (hyperprolactinemia) - a condition that leads to cycle disruptions and, consequently, may lead to infertility. Its effect has been confirmed by many clinical studies. Cyclodynon®, although it is a non-hormonal drug,

affects the hormonal balance through dopamine receptors, thus relieving various types of ailments that appear a few days before menstruation.
This drug has a beneficial effect not only on physical ailments, but also on those related to the mental sphere, alleviating a number of troublesome symptoms described by the terms: premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD).
Indications
CYCLODYNON is a herbal medicine for the treatment of premenstrual syndrome (monthly symptoms occurring before regular menstrual bleeding) in adult women over the age of 18.

Composition
The active substance is: dry ethanol extract of Agnus castus fruit (Agni casti fructus extractum siccum). Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide; coating composition: macrogol 400, macrogol 20000, propylene glycol; white coating suspension: hypromellose, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 400.

1 tablet contains:
20 mg of dry ethanol extract from Agnus castus fruit (6-12:1).

Cyclodynon dosage
The recommended dose for adult women aged 18 years and over is 1 film-coated tablet once daily.
The tablets should be swallowed with an appropriate amount of liquid (e.g. a glass of water). Do not chew the tablets.

Contraindications
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not use Cyclodynon in case of hypersensitivity to Agnus castus fruit or to any of the excipients of the drug.
Use in adolescent children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended due to lack of adequate data.
To obtain the optimal effect of the treatment, it is recommended to continue use for 3 months (also during menstruation).
If symptoms persist after continuous use for more than three months, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
The preparation should not be used in people with severe renal and/or liver failure.

Side effects/side effects
Occasionally, rash and itching may occur.
In several cases, intensification of premenstrual syndrome symptoms was observed in the initial period of treatment.

Cyclodynon and pregnancy
Do not use the medicine during pregnancy.

Cyclodynon and breastfeeding
Use the drug during breastfeeding only under medical supervision.

Interactions
Cyclodinone may interact with drugs that are dopamine receptor antagonists.

Storage
Keep Cyclodynon out of the reach of small children.
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
Do not consume after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
