Ergyphilus Intima Nutergia is a probiotic indicated for urinary comfort in women and men.
Ergyphilus Intima Nutergia can be used in prevention or at the first signs of appearance of urinary discomfort.
Ergyphilus Intima Nutergia is made up of a unique synergy of 6 live strains. It contains lactobacilli and bifidobacteria rigorously selected for their properties:
Lactobacillus acidophilus DSM 21717,
Lactobacillus crispatus DSM 24619 1.75 billion
Lactobacillus gasseri LMG 26661,
Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG ATCC 53103,
Bifidobacterium bifidum DSM 22892,
Lactobacillus fermentum CECT 5716.
Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of healthy mucous membranes including the vaginal mucosa.
When is it advisable:
The permeability between the gastrointestinal microbiota and the urogenital microbiota is no longer in doubt and lactobacilli can pass from one to the other.

In prevention of crises: take 2 capsules a day for 1 month.
As a cure, at the first signs: take 2 to 4 capsules per day for 1 week.
Our advice:
Remember to drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day. For example keep with you throughout the day a bottle of water that will make you think about drinking. Fill it as many times as necessary to reach 1.5 liters of water in a day.
Practice good personal hygiene to prevent the development of bacteria. However, do not wash more than once a day. Remember to use an intimate care that will respect your flora.
Finally remember to urinate frequently. holding back is strongly discouraged.
Relax as much as possible to empty your bladder and allow the elimination of toxins and bacteria.
It is for the same reason that it is recommended to urinate systematically before and after each sexual intercourse.
